This comfortable three bedroom, 2 bath home is located just 3 blocks 
from Sombrero Beach, an easy walk down the bike path!  Master has a 
queen bed and its own bath, other two bedrooms are a queen and 2 
twins.  There is a pull-out sofa in the living room.  Nice kitchen 
with a door that goes out to the heated pool, patio and dock.  Very 
nice views across the canal and the undeveloped Sunrise Isle, to the 
Atlantic beyond.  Good dockage, water for up to a 25' boat. 
Central air, washer dryer, cable TV.  Gas grill out by the pool.
