This beautiful getaway on the 16th green of the Meadows Golf Course is truly a rare find in Sunriver! One of the few homes with an outdoor hot tub in the desirable Meadows area, it feels very peaceful and private, surrounded by pine trees and offering beautiful views of the golf course. As you sit on the spacious backyard deck sipping a glass of wine, you'll find it very hard to believe the bustle of the Village at Sunriver is just a short bicycle ride away.

Lovingly owned by the same family since 1968, this Sunriver classic makes a warm and welcoming retreat for up to six guests. With vaulted hardwood ceilings and a beautiful stone fireplace, the great room has plenty of space for the whole group to gather together. Enjoy a movie night on the flatscreen television with cable and DVD, or spread out a board game on the coffee table. A wall of floor-to-ceiling windows overlooks the golf course, and a door leads out to one of the two outdoor decks, so you can enjoy the forest views even on chilly nights with a fire crackling away.

The fully-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals, from pots and pans to the all-important dishwasher for easy clean-up! Dine at the six-person table, or head out to the deck with its picnic table and gas grill for warm-weather barbecues. Of course, the hot tub sits here as well, and there is no better place to soothe sore muscles after a day spent on the hiking trails or ski slopes.

On the lower level, the master bedroom has a king bed and tall window with a shady tree for privacy, so you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings from the first moment you awaken each morning. The downstairs bathroom is just outside the master bedroom but also accessible via hallway for the other guests. Up in the spacious loft, there are two twin beds and another bath, and the downstairs sofa unfolds to a comfortable full-sized sleeper.

Equipped with wireless Internet access and a washer/dryer, the house is quite comfortable for extended stays and working vacations, and guests with limited mobility will appreciate the accessibility of a lower-level bedroom and bath.

While the house's location makes it particularly attractive to golfers, there are plenty of ways to entertain all the members of your family in Sunriver.

The Village at Sunriver will entertain less active vacationers with its dining, shopping, and art galleries; however, they may find themselves tempted by the selection of outfitters and rental shops. These outdoor experts are ready to equip you with fishing gear, kayaks, whitewater rafting guides, and bicycles (perfect for the nearly 40 miles of dedicated paths in Sunriver).
