In addition to its zoo and art museum, Boise is also home to the Idaho State Historical Museum and Boise State University. Boise Greenbelt, with its 25 miles of scenic paths where you can hike, bike, or jog, is less than two miles away. Since Boise is nestled at the base of the Rockies, it's a doorway to all the great fishing, hiking, biking, and kayaking you'd expect to find there. Golfers can try their luck at nearby Warm Springs Golf Course.
