Casa Bella Cottage in Carmel

Casa Bella Cottage is within walking distance (only five blocks) to the shops, galleries, Forest Theater and restaurants. If you keep walking from the cottage through town you will find yourself on Carmel's beautiful beach! In short, you are right where you want to be. Casa Bella Cottage has a living room that is bright and airy, bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms are very comfortable. The cottage has been remodeled and decorated with antique french country charm. Nothing has been spared to make Casa Bella Cottage a cozy getaway including wood shutters on every window, flower boxes with bright beautiful flowers, flat screen T.Vs, hardwood floors and a double filter water purification system for the whole house. Casa Bella Cottage requires a one-time non-refundable fee of $39, $69, or $89 (protection insurance policy) to cover all unexpected damages (No additional security, extra persons or pet deposits required). We also require a $150 non-refundable cleaning fee. We do deep cleaning meaning all comforters and curtains, etc..and focus on "green" non-toxic cleaning products. To add to your relaxing stay Casa Bella Cottage has a large back yard designed to attract hummingbirds and other little critters, enjoy the wild flowers, fountain and the newly placed birdhouse. The cottage atmosphere will give you a relaxing and romantic stay. "Come as strangers, Leave as friends."

Casa Bella Cottage has (3) flat screen T.V.s with cable, phone and internet, blu-ray DVD and surround sound in the family room for the movie lover. You can enjoy an inside and outside fireplace, kitchen with all appliances (Kreurig coffee pot, Brita Water pitcher, juicer etc..). The house is stocked with cooking utensils, linens, extra pillows, blankets, 2 sets of plush robes, washer& dryer, bbq grill, (4) umbrellas and beach towels. We have one king size bed ("Bed in a Box" pillow top; amazing in comfort ) and the other bed is a queen size Posterpedic bed. One of our leather couches pulls out to a full size and we have added a pillow top mattress cover for extra comfort; we look at every detail. Casa Bella Cottage just installed a whole house purification system so all the water is filtered throughout the house. We have upgraded the heating to a digital system and most recently painted the inside of the cottage with Havarti Cream. The large back yard has plenty of fresh flowers, new deck furniture and a relaxing fountain so sit back and enjoy.

Casa Bella Cottage is located on Ocean Ave (5) five blocks from Carmel's shops and less than a mile from the beach and driving distance to San Francisco (2 hrs), Highway 1, Big Sur, Monterey, aquarium, hiking, camping, swimming, 3 miles to Pebble Beach, boating and the beautiful wine country.
