Beautiful, ocean front condo located on 200 acres at the Marriott Hutchinson Island Beach Resort & Marina, Stuart, Florida.  With a view of the beautifully landscaped pool, overlooking the ocean it's a dream vacation.    Along with an 18 hole executive golf course, 77 slip marina,12 tennis courts, miles of beaches, 3 additional pools and 2 hot tubs on the property there are 2 Tiki Bar restaurants at the hotel pools with live caribbean music at the main hotel on the weekends. You will surely feel that you are on vacation for the duration of your stay.

We are located 40 miles north of Palm Beach airport.  In the Palm Beach area is our elegant Kravis Center which has opera, ballet, symphony and broadway shows.  Fabulous shopping at the Gardens Mail, City Place or Worth Avenue on Palm Beach Island.   We have several art and history museums.

Your stay at our condo will be enhanced by a screened in porch overlooking the ocean and the beautifully landscaped heated pool.  Included with the condo is a Paid Membership to Marriott's Ocean Club which includes golf, tennis and fitness club (there is a small fee for renters to enjoy these activities). 

There are many wonderful amenities in the condo for you to enjoy.  The condo has been extensively remodeled.  These include a new kitchen, wood floors and new vanities in the bathrooms. Also there for your enjoyment are wi-fi, 46"LED/HDTV, 26"LED/HDTV, Blue Ray, CD player and cable.  Well equipped kitchen right down to the garlic press. Beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella, all linens, hairdryer, washer/dryer, hard to name everything.  There is a gazebo at the pool with dining tables and chairs and a gas grill for your enjoyment of outdoor cooking.  Inside hallways with an elevator.  NO SMOKING CONDO

Golf at Marriott or several locations nearby, tennis, driving range, deep sea fishing and boat rentals (right from the marina at the Marriott), playground. Nearby is the Florida Oceanagraphic, Elliott Museum, sailing school, local theater, wonderful restaurants, great shopping in historic downtown Stuart,excellent medical facalities.   2 hours south of Disney World.

This is a non smoking, no pet condo.  Availability is year round.  Rental is not available on a nightly or weekly basis. 

January through April - $4800 per month (10% discount for seasonal -3 Month- rental)

May through October - $3500 per month

November/December - $3800 per month

$175 cleaning fee upon departure.
