Vacation Rental Description

3,200 square foot home located in the highly sought after University 
Park Country Club in Sarasota. 27 hole golf course, tennis and 
country club facilities. House has fantastic views of a lake and golf 
course. There are 3 bedrooms and a 4th bedroom that serves as an 
office with a queen futon.  The master suite has views of the pool 
and lake with a door leading to the lanai, king bed, TV, cd 
player,private bath, separate shower stall, jacuzzi tub, private 
toilet, 2 sinks. There is a queen bedroom, with tv, and a full 
bedroom. Non-Smoking please.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amenities include clover shaped pool, hot tub, summer kitchen, 
outdoor covered dining area, jacuzzi, office area with printer/fax, 
den and fully equipped kitchen, wine refrigerators. Laundry room, 
iron, ironing board. Family room equipped with Flat screen cable tv, 
cd/dvd/stereo system.

Activities and Attractions

Plenty to do in the area. Great shopping can be found at St. 
Armand's Circle. The Ringling museum is 5 miles away. Golf is plentiful and 
University Park has just become public so you can play everyday. 
Beaches are nearby, including Siesta Key (ranked in the top 10 in 
the U.S.) as well as Lido Key. Sarasota is a cultural mecca and 
options include the Van Weizel Performing Arts Center with shows and 
events all season.

Vacation Rental Rates

$3500-$6500/month through 10/08. Dec/08- Feb/09 $6500, March '09 $7000.
This beautiful home can be rented a month at a time or longer. Monthly rates vary and longer stays 
will be discounted. Weekly rates available.  Booking policy:  50% deposit 
plus security deposit required.  Remainder due two months prior to 
arrival. Cancellation policy:  deposits will be refunded when the 
property is re-rented at the same rate and dates. $500 security 
deposit required and cleaning fee of $300. This is a Non-smoking 
property. Loss of entire security deposit will be assessed for 
smoking.
