floor condo. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a fully equipped
kitchen including cookware and dinnerware. King bed in master suite,
2 double beds in guest room, bathroom adjacent to each bedroom. Free
tennis on 4-clay surface courts with free lighting, 2 sparkling
beachside pools each with kiddy pool and shaded bike and walking path.
Golf is nearby. Oceanfront covered private patio, 2 cable tv's,
vcr,dvd,stero, cd player, fully equiped kitchen, with george foreman
grill, microwave, new dishwasher and new refrigerator with ice maker,
full size washer and dryer. Linens provided. Absolutely no pets
allowed. This is strictly a non-smoking unit.

Oceanfront covered private patio, 2 cable tv's, vcr, stereo, cd & dvd
player, fully equipped kitchen with george foreman grill, microwave,
dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, full size washer and dryer.
Free tennis on four clay surface courts with free lights (lessons
offered for modest fee by on-site tennis pro). Linens provided. Unit
has king size bed in master bedroom, two double beds in guest room,
and a queen-size sofa bed for extra guest. Bathroom adjacent to each
bedroom.

Enjoy the beach or one of the two beachside pools overlooking miles of
white, sandy beach along the Atlantic Ocean. Golf (several convenient
locations), beautiful walking/running trails, boating, fishing, jet
skiing, antiquing, state parks, or just relax.

Winter Rate for 1 and 2 month tenants between $1750-$1900
Sport season (sept. 4- feb 28) daily $150 (min 3 days) $800 for
weekly.

Cleaning Fee $65, 7% state tax and 4% AI lodging tax.
