Swiss Golf & Lake Country Club in Winter Haven

Our House is in Putter Cr opposite the main club house at Swiss Golf
& Tennis Country Club, it is a manufacted home and is set on a tree
lined Ave, set on it own grounds, with side drive way Florida room
and large back garden it also has alarge store room with washing and
tumbel drier, next to the main entrance that leads to the Dining Room
and open plan kitchen which is fully fitted with Large fridge
freezer, cooker, work tops, Micro wave, coffee maketr and toaster,
The Dining Room leads into the main lounge with 2 settess that also
make 2 double beds, T.V. unit and coffee table, the lounge leads to
Patio Doors then into the Florida room. From the hall is the main
bathroom and 2 Double bedroom one with en-suite, we also cable T.V
and telephone.

Come to Swiss Golf and Tennis/Hidden Golf Club. just 30 mins from
Disney World and 1 hour from all main beaches,set on the shores of
Lake Henry, with boating it,s own man made beach,fishing and water
sking, it has 3 nine hole golf courses for members only, Two large
Clubhouse, Two heated swimming pools and Jacuzzi spas,
Exercise facilities, Pub and snack bar.
It also have a full restaurant which is open in high season.

All main Activities are covered

We only have Two rates for short stays minimum 2 weeks low season
which is all weeks at $350.00 other than school holidays and public
holidays which is $490.00 . Long stay Very High Season Dec to May
rental of $1550.00 per month
