Vacation Rental Description

This fabulous 3 bedroom, 2 bath luxury vacation rental home is 
located in the prestigious Cape Coral Yacht Club area on a beautiful 
canal with a private dock, direct gulf access, and a spacious, 
screened-in spa and solar heated pool.  Enjoy a luxury waterfront 
view while relaxing in tropical comfort. Totally refurbished in 
October 2004 including new furnishings and amenities. 2 separate 
living areas, wicker lanai lounge furniture and pool side dining, 
Cable TV in every bedroom and in 2 living rooms. 1 king, 1 queen, 2 
twin beds and a pull out queen sofa. Large sliders in living room 
and 
dining room and den open directly to pool/lanai with a beautiful 
view 
of your own private dock and tropical gardens.  Less than three 
minutes from the ICW with no bridges.  Dock space for up to 35 foot 
boats.  Bring your own boat or rent one to cruise to nearby Sanibel 
and Captiva islands or the many beaches nearby. Pets are welcome 
with 
a fully fenced rear yard for safety and security.


 Relax and enjoy the hot tub and large solar heated pool. The lanai, 
with a covered dining and seating area complete with stainless grill 
and cook top, is shaded by a huge mahogany and mango tree with a 
swing and hammock to enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the water at 
dockside.  The oversize lot has beautiful tropical grounds planted 
with palms, hibiscus and ginger as well as fig, avocado and papaya 
trees.

A fully fenced backyard for your pet’s safety and security.

Decorated in elegant tropical Florida Style with a split floor plan, 
which separates the master bedroom and bath from the 2 guest 
bedrooms 
and bath with the open plan living room, dining room, kitchen and 
den 
between.  The den and living room each have their own TV’s with 
dvd/vcr/cd/tape & stereo systems.  Tiled floors thru-out are covered 
with natural area rugs.

The living room is open to the dining area and kitchen, with a 
gorgeous view thru sliding glass doors across the pool to the dock 
and back gardens.  It has two comfortable leather rocker/recliners 
and a couch with a queen hide-a-bed.  A built in TV, VCR, DVD unit 
is 
encased in custom birch cabinets.  The large breakfast bar has three 
maple/rattan barstools and opens to the kitchen.

A new gourmet kitchen with custom birch cabinets and corian 
countertops  includes all new appliances with such extras as a built-
in wine cooler, expresso machine, food processor, blender, ceramic 
top convection range, microwave, double door refrigerator/freezer 
with icemaker, dishwasher,  pantry, large breakfast bar, a kitchen-
to-
pool pass thru window and first quality cooking and dishware.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, mirrored dresser, vanity 
table with lighted makeup mirror, ceiling fan and a large walk-in 
closet.  The master bath features a large tiled shower with glass 
doors.

The second bedroom features a queen bed with a French door opening 
to 
a private patio with ceiling fan and lounge area with access to the 
pool and lanai and overlooking the lawn and dock. It has a huge 
sliding door closet, ceiling fan and private TV/VCR. 

The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds, custom window 
treatments, double sliding door closet with built-in dresser, 
ceiling 
fan and TV/VCR. 

All three bedrooms have pillow top mattresses with quality linens.

Both guest bedrooms open into the den with comfortable seating area, 
TV, stereo system, office area with fax and computer hookup, and 
sliding glass doors to the pool/lanai area.  This is the perfect 
area 
for that second couple or a private space for relaxing.

The guest bath features unique mermaid décor with full bath/shower 
and access from the lanai and pool.

A two car garage houses a laundry area with full size washer and 
dryer, laundry sink and folding and storage area.

This is a Non Smoking Home.
