Here is what Stargazer villa has to offer:
1) Master bedroom with large bathroom; queen size bed with
orthopedic mattress, built- in closet, hard wood floors and a view
of the sea. Air-conditioned.
2) Guest bedroom with loft, en suite bathroom, can accommodate
up to 4 persons. Couch becomes queen size bed, single bed, two
single beds. Loft furnished with two single beds. Perfect for a
family, kids. Doubles as a family room, if only two guests. Private
exit to veranda. Air-conditioned.
3) A third bedroom, two single beds, built –in closet and its
own en-suite bathroom. Private entrance through the outside of the
villa.
4) A large living room/dining room designed in a Greek
classical style yet modern and very comfortable with an open concept
kitchen, can easily accommodate 8-10 people. It is painted light
yellow with blue "stucco venetsiano" columns and hidden lighting.
The flooring is made of light blue tiles with marble stairs and
marble gas fireplace. It has air conditioning in addition to a
ceiling fan.
5) The dining room is simply furnished with a 50s retro dining
room table and chairs.
6) A well-equipped kitchen with a pass through marble bar to
the dining room is perfect for entertaining and enjoying the same
view as the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cook
top and convection over, microwave oven, top of the line
dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and basic
accoutrements.
7) A gas powered BBQ (shared, summer only), a charcoal grill
for your use year round.
8) The veranda off the living room and bedroom is 55 sq m with
astounding views of the coast. The entry veranda stays cool and
shady in the hot afternoons.

This villa is fully furnished; linen changes and cleaning services
are provided every week, additional services can be negotiated
(catering, taxi). The villa has air conditioning in all bedrooms and
living room, satellite TV with many multi language stations ncluding
CNN, BBC, stereo, CD Player, fully-equipped kitchen with,
dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave oven, washer
and dryer, security system.

Fitness Center, Gym, Fishing,
Shopping, Restaurants, Cinemas, Museums, Sightseeing, Swimming,
Boating, Sailing, Water-skiing, Jet Skiing and more in the area, are
within minutes drive.

6-8 people: € 200/day (3 bedrooms, 3 baths,
loft)

1 June-Sept 15: Up to 6 people: € 200/day(2 bedrooms, 2 baths,
loft;
6-8 people: € 240/day (3 bedrooms, 3 baths,
loft);

Note: 7 nights minimum, ask for other rates for less or more nights
Christmas and Easter rates are the same as high season
