view home located at the north end in a quiet neighborhood in Lake Havasu. This
home has never been a rental, it is my personal home. The home comes with
everything, all you need is your toothbrush. Includes new appliances and dishes and utensils,
furniture, new fiftyfive inch high definition Blu ray TV, new bed and bathroon linens, and new
washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and separate bath. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed. Back yard has a covered patio
with BBQ and upstairs observation deck. Two car garage.
This well maintained home is available from
November to the end of April. The $1000.00 includes all utilities and electrice up to 100.00.
Free TV and internet. First months rent plus $1,500.00 deposit that is fully
