Comfortable beds (sleeps 4). Master bedroom has queen size bed. Second bedroom has trundle that pops up into a king size bed. Two baths. Main bath has tub; master bath has easy walk in shower wtih bench. All linens provided. Fully equipped kitchen to include dishes, utensils and small appliances. Washer and dryer in unit. Wi-Fi and cable TV provided. Flat screen TV. Small courtyard fenced for privacy. Covered parking for two vehicles plus parking on street. All you need is your food, drink and personal items.

Yuma is known for its great winters and nearby recreational areas. Golf at one of the many golf courses in town or fish the Colorado. Take your four-wheel-drive out and visit the nearby desert. Visit Historical Downtown Yuma which will be hosting several events this winter. Shop in nearby Mexico or try your luck at one of our three casinos. Whatever you decide to do, the weather will be great!
