Vacation Rental Description

This is a beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bath, condo. This is a (2) story  
building. 
Holiday Island has wonderful views of the Tampa Bay and Skyway  
Bridge. 
Approximately 1 1/2 miles from Fort DeSoto Park (Beach), which was  
ranked the number 1 natural beach in the U.S. 2005.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Holiday Island offers heated pool with / jacuzzi,(2)lighted tennis  
courts, children's play area, Observation Pier with gas barbeque  
grill, Club House with slate pool table, large screen tv,  
full kitchen, exercise room, and laundry facility. 
Each unit has it's own patio and patio furniture along with fully  
furnished linens, kitchenware, phones, televisions, etc.

Activities and Attractions

The Tampa Bay - Tierra Verde area is a hot spot for kayaking,biking,  
walking, and enjoying the beach. Other amenities include; Ellington  
Outlet Mall, Busch Gardens, Disney World, St. Petersburg Aquarium,  
all within driving distance. Conveniently located 30 minutes from  
Tampa (TPA) Airport and 20 minutes from St. Petersburg Airport.   
The Island also has great restaurants in walking distance. "Billy's  
Stone Crab and Steak" and "Jo Jo's Italian Restaurant".

Vacation Rental Rates

January SPECIAL $1700.00 + tax, cleaning, and sec. dep. 
$400.00 weekly May through September + tax, cleaning, and sec. dep. 
$700.00 weekly October through December + tax, cleaning, and sec. dep. 
$1000.00 weekly January, February, and April + tax, cleaning, and sec. dep. 
$2300.00 entire month of March + tax, cleaning, and sec. dep. 
There is also a 12% tax, $100.00 cleaning fee, and a $500.00  
refundable Security Deposit.
