Spacious, beautiful, decorated nicely, 7 bedroom beach house
2/10th of a mile from Scarborough Beach, quick walk. There are seven
bedrooms (3 BRs up and 4 BRs down all with all queen size beds) plus 1 full futon in a
bedroom. 7 sets of sheets and 10 bath towels are provided in linen closet. There are 2 TV's (including a 40" FLATSCREEN) , extended cable, Weber grill with gas line hooked to house. 2 refrigerators, washer/dryer, dishwasher, iron, full kitchen supplies
This property was built in 1999. Great property to share with
another family. We update and maintain this house every spring.This spring we updated a bathroom and put in new kitchen and floors (May 2013)
