Spend some time in the amazing Rocky Mountains. Our beautiful, Estes Park, vacation home is the retreat you have been looking for. Our lovely home is spacious and welcoming on one acre of gorgeous mountain meadow. We have 360 degree views from the property. 

You can walk to neighborhood lakes. There is a bike path across the
street that loops through downtown, lake Estes and the fairgrounds.
Great for a leisurely walk or ride.
The property is surrounded by gorgeous, snow-capped peaks and plenty
of blue skies and bright stars. We are located on 1 acre in the Carriage Hills
neighborhood of Estes Park - the gateway to Rocky Mountain National
Park.

Your family will feel at home in our smoke-free vacation home. It is
beautifully furnished with leather furniture in a lodge-like living
room with a moss rock fireplace. The family room is large and evokes
a cabin feeling with knotty pine walls and raised ceiling. The
family room has French doors that you can close off from the rest of
the house. This is wonderful for giving the kids a place to play
while the adults sit and relax by the fire. We especially welcome
families, as we have children ourselves and know how hard it is to
travel with children and still have a relaxing vacation. We even
have a little play area with toys for kids! We have a full size
stroller,crib, baby monitor and even a Kelty backpack to carry
your little one while hiking.

Our large collection of puzzles and games can be played on
our game table in the family room. We have over 175 great movies for
your enjoyment (including videos for toddlers). We also have free
wireless internet.

All the beds are super comfortable pillow-topped with luxury 400 thread count sheets. The master has a king bed, as well as a private bath and an external
door to the back yard. The other two bedrooms have queen sized beds
and one has a sliding glass door that opens on to the back deck.
The family room has a queen sleeper sofa and a full sized futon..
All our beds are great.

The house is extremely sunny. There are views from every window. We
have a new stainless steel gas grill on the back deck that grills 28
burgers at a time! 

Rent our wonderful vacation home and spend your nights looking up at
the a stars as you relax on our new large flagstone patio with views
of the continental divide and Mount Meeker. Watch the hummingbirds
race by and befriend the blue bird family living in our
bird house. From this great home you can see deer, herds of elk,
picas, rabbits, blue birds, and of course hummingbirds.

This vacation home is not just a place to stay. It is a place to be
with family and great friends in a setting that will inspire and

Jan-April $200 night $1200 per week 2 night min.

May $205 per night, $1400 per week 3 night min.

June-August  $230 per night, $1595 per week 7 night min.

September $220 per night, $1450 per week, 5 night min.

October $210 per night, $1375 per week, 2 night min.

November-December excluding holidays $200 per night, $1250 per week 2 night min.

July 4 week from June 30-July 7 is $1800.

Christmas week is $225 per night with a 5 night min. or $1525 per week.

Thanksgiving (5 night min)and New Years (3 night min) are $225 per night.

There is a $40 cleaning fee charge for two night stays. For stays of 3 or more nights we pay the entire $125 cleaning fee.
