The lakeside windows are almost wall to wall and cieling to floor. 
With 2 overstuffed cozy chairs and a sofa in the living room to sink 
into- a great place to hang out when not outside enjoying the lake. 
Very relaxing.

A gas barbecue for those quick and easy meals,---no muss, no fuss!
Lakeside in screen porch- porch, with cozy wicker furniture, for 
those early cups of coffee and quiet evening sunsets.

Newly Renovated Covered Gazebo to enjoy the waters' breeze and

Beginning at $900 per week, off season -Oct 21, 2006-March 31, 2007
High season: April 1,2007 through October 15, 2007 - $1,200.00
(mention VR for 150.00 off regular high season rate and  50 off
regular low season rate)

    Sorry, no daily or weekend only rentals during peak season.
:Extended Stay Rates Available- Monthly, Month to Month, Yearly.
                    ADDITIONAL CHARGES/ FEES
   **Cleaning fee $85.00- add to reservation total.   
**Security deposit of $300.00 will be returned, 30 days after 
                       departure.
:Deposit:- We Accept Credit Cards. Payment of 50% of the total 
charges and a signed lease - see my website listed below to print the
contract. You will need to phone me though, to get a mailing address.
      
     
We will accept personal checks, for deposit and payments made more
than 60 days prior to arrival. 
Balances paid by check need to be received 60 days prior to arrival.
There is a five night minimum stay, which usually meets or exceeds 
the weekly rental price.
