Life's Better at the Beach! Affordable Fun in Destin

We invite you to enjoy an affordable beach vacation in our well maintainted one bedroom, one bath ground floor beach retreat.  We are located in a gated, 18 acre community located in the 'Heart of Destin'. Our condo is not in a hi-rise which means there are no crowded lobbies, no waiting for crowded elevators and parking is right outside the condo.

Lounge by one of the three pools. One is within a few steps of the front door. Try your luck fishing in the on site 10-acre fresh water lake. Take a leisurely stroll on the beautiful white sand beach which is right across the street. How about a game of tennis on one of the two tennis courts? For the times you just want to kick back and relax, we've provided movies, books and board games for the entire family.  For those of you that must stay connected to the rest of the world, we have free wireless internet.

Our condo features a king size bed and for additional sleeping there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the livingroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, dishes, etc. to prepare any size meal. Or visit one of the many wonderful restaurants nearby. We've also provided a blender for mixing up some of those tasty frozen summer drinks.

Our condo is centrally located to all that Destin has to offer, golfing, fishing, shopping, beach activities, water parks and much, much more.  We are within a 5 minute walk of the beach, Big Kahuna's Water Park and The Track.  Pack up your bathing suits and your flip flops and come on down and see why.....

We have tried to provide you with as much as possible to make your stay feel as though you were at home.  All linens and towels are provided.  Central heat and air.  A full kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, stove and a refrigerator with ice-maker.  Two TV's.  The livingroom TV has a VCR and DVD. The bedroom TV has a DVD.  There's also a full size washer and dryer in the condo.  Free wireless internet.

All you need for your vacation is within a few blocks.  Grocery stores, drug stores, video stores, liquor stores, fast food, restaurants/bars, nightlife.

Sorry, NO pets and NO smoking in the condo.

There are 3 pools, two tennis courts and a lake for fishing or feeding the turtles and ducks located on site.  Nearby you will find biking, golfing, miniature golf, amusement parks, water parks.  Cinemas, swimming, snorkeling/diving, boating, fishing, sailing, windsurfing, parasailing, jet skiing and shopping, shopping, shopping.  Specialty shops are in abundance.  Destin Commons which features shopping, dining, movies and even a playground for the kids is 3 miles away. Silver Sands Outlet Mall is within 5 miles.  Walmart is less than a mile. Several restaurants and beach shops are within walking distance as is Big Kahuna's Water Park and The Track.  There's also an ice cream shop near the front entrance.

A $250.00 reservation/refundable damage deposit is required for all stays.

Our rental week runs from Saturday to Saturday. 

NIGHTLY RATES are 3 night minimum and do not include the 11% tax. 

We accept Bank Cashier's Checks and Bank Money Orders. We also
accept Visa and MasterCard through PayPal.

Check-in is 3:00 pm, check-out no later than 10:00 am.

Children welcome.

Must be at least 25 years of age to rent.

Canceling a reservation less than 30 days before arrival is subject
to loss of deposit.
