This private 3 beedroom 2 bath home with central air conditioning sits on over 1 acre of property. Home has dining area, large living room, fully equipped kitchen, and porch. Dockage for up to 35ft boat. Beautiful ocean view from the living room and porch area.
Both Ocean and Bay access in less than 5 minutes.

Private pool with beautiful view of Atlantic Ocean. The pool is not directly connected to the home but is approx 50 feet away on private extra lot. Over 50 foot lighted dock with both electric and water. Large front yard and back yard. Cable television is provided in each bedroom and living room. Local telephone service is also provided.

Sleeping arrangements for up to six. The first bedroom has queen size bed, second
bedroom has king size and the last has two twin beds.
Leather sofa and loveseat, full kitchen including all utensils,
coffeemaker, oven, toaster, etc to help provide all the comforts of
home.

Laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

Large extra lot with plenty of parking for boat trailers.

Pets and Smoking:
This is a smoke-free home. We are willing to have a pet however, special permission must be give prior to arrival. Pet must be reliably house-broken and a weight less than 20 pounds.

Marathon has many activities including: Biking, Golf, Fishing,
Restaurants, Swimming, Snorkeling/Diving, Boating, Windsurfing,
Parasailing, Jet-skiing. If you are going on your boat you are just
minute’s from both fuel and bait. If you need assistance hiring and fishing charter lets us know and we can assist.

Dec-Aug 1,600 per week. Will negotiate rates for small groups.
1,400 per week September-November. Will negotiate rates for small groups.

Monthly rentals are welcome and discounted.
*All bookings are subject to Florida Tax of 11.5% and a cleaning fee
of $125.00.
**Maximum number of people is 6 no exceptions.
