Private beach access with oceanfront gazebo awaits you! Our house
features a unique 3 story reversed floor plan. Ground level features
a bonus room, full bath and a locked outside storage area for your
bikes, chairs and beach essentials.
Second level has 2 oceanview bedrooms and 2 additional
bedrooms with Jack and Jill full bathrooms. Beds: 1
K, 2 Qs, 1 Trundle Bunkbed, 2 Ts and 1 F, with a Queen
sleeper sofa in bonus room. Dramatic main level (3rd
floor) has a spacious open floor plan with gourmet
kitchen, large dining room table and sunny, relaxing
living room.
Enjoy 3 full sized decks with sunning area and picnic
table for oceanview dining. Fourth level "skybox"
deck offers a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean,
Kure Beach and its fantastic sunsets. Come and get
your tan while enjoying your private ocean views!
The house is located near the N.C. Aquarium, Kure
Beach Fishing Pier, Southport Ferry, Historic Downtown
Wilmington, Screen Gems Film Studio, Myrtle Beach,

$1700 rental plus $150 cleaning fee plus 12.675% tax (NC).
Total: $2,084.50 plus $400 refundable deposit.
Rental fee due 30 days before check in. Deposit is due upon signing of lease agreement.
We do not rent from Labor Day to Memorial Day (no
rentals after Labor Day until the next year's Memorial Day weekend.)
