Vacation Rental Description

Tucked away on Hutchinson Island, the Treasure Coast's 16 mile lush  
barrier island, is a unique resort that greets guests with the  
warmth of true southern hospitality.  The Indian River Plantation  
Marriott Resort stretches across 200 acres of plantation landscape  
of Hutchinson Island, bordered on one side by the clear Atlantic  
Ocean and on the other by the shimmering Indian River. This newly  
decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo with sleeper sofa has a  
Carribean feel with a colorful interior.  Kitchen is fully equiped  
with oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, blender,  
cookware, dishes and utensils.  Located on the third floor with two  
balconies for unobstructed views of the ocean and next to the Tiki  
hut bar and restaurant with pool and jacuzzi.  The beach is just 25  
yards away.

linens, full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice  
maker, blender, sleeper sofa, building elevator.

Activities and Attractions

Guests have access to all Resort Amenities.  Amenities also include  
four heated swimming pools with sun decks, jacuzzi, game rentals  
from the activities hut, two outdoor spas and supervised activities   
for both children and teens.  There are 13 novagrass tennis courts  
with tennis center for the tennis enthusiast.  A fully equiped  
fitness center is located on the resort.  There is a 77 slip marina  
with watersports rentals, sailing, deep-sea fishing, snorkeling and  
scuba diving. 
 
** Fly-Fishermen!! Salt-water lakes on the resort hold numerous  
tarpon and snook!! ** 
 
Golfers of all skill levels will enjoy the challenging fairways and  
greens found in the areas 12 courses. Plantation East, the resorts  
own course, meanders throughout the island and is characterized by  
water on 17 of 18 holes.  This 4,042 yard, par 61 executive course  
requires careful club selection and precision shot making to  
overcome constantly changing ocean breezes.

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly rates November 1 - May 31......$1850 
Monthly rates November 1 - May 31 ....$4600 
 
Off Season rates - June 1 - October 31..$3300/month  
                                        $1300/week 
Compare these rates to the Marriott Sandpiper building at $3500/week  
in-season, and $2000/week off season.  The Sandpiper is next to our  
condo and you enjoy all the same amenities! 
 
Florida Sales Tax 6.5% 
50% Advance Deposit required at time of booking, balance due 30 days  
prior to reservation.  Taxes and cleaning fee not included.   
Cleaning fee $100.  Local calls free, use calling card for long  
distance.  The additonal 50% is due 30 days prior to the date of  
occupancy. A $500 refundable security deposit and cleaning fee is  
due at time of occupancy.  Pet owners are required to pay an  
additional $20 a night and a $200 refundable pet damage deposit.  
Deposits will be returned to the renter less amounts due after  
inspection of the unit.  Guests leaving prior to departure time will  
be charged for the entire period. All rates are subject to change.
