with the finest in brand new furnishings, appliances, linens and 
decor - all set in a private and wooded, yet convenient setting only 
a short 0.3 mile walk from Ogunquit town center.  High-end offerings 
from Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel and Restoration Hardware abound in 
this luxurious home.  The lower level has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, full 
kitchen, large living area with sofa, gas fireplace and large 
deck.  Upper level has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, gourmet kitchen, living 
room with fireplace and pull-out sofa, dining room/sunporch, 
separate outside deck and washer/dryer.  There are hardwood floors 
throughout as well as central A/C.  This home can sleep 7 
comfortably.

Short stroll to town center (0.3 mi) with all the great restaurants, 
bars, and shopping Ogunquit has to offer (and access to the 
trolley) - the main beach is just beyond (another 0.2 mi) as is the 
entrance to the Marginal Way which leads you on a picturesque 1 mile 
pedestrian pathway along the rocky coast to charming Perkins Cove 
(more great restaurants and shops as well as access to sailing, 
fishing and sightseeing boat excursions).  Ogunquit is also home to 
one of the top 10 off-Broadway theaters in the nation, the Ogunquit 
Playhouse - the 2008 summer season offerings include live 
productions of The Producers, Fiddler on the Roof, Les Miserables and two more yet to be announced.

June 21 to June 28     - $2,100.00/week
June 28 to August 30   - $2,700.00/week
August 30 to Sept. 6   - $2,300.00/week 
Sept. 6 to Sept. 27    - $1,500.00/week
Sept. 27 to Dec. 31    - $1,200.00/week

Above rates exclude 7% Maine lodging tax
