Your Florida rental villa has a 30ft x 15ft south facing pool and spa area, that catches the warm
Florida sun rays all day.
Imagine yourself relaxing with a glass of wine in the warm bubbling spa after enjoying a round of
golf or an exciting day at Disney. Just feel the tension drift away as you spend time in your
tranquil pool area that backs onto open space not other villas. The fencing down both sides of the
pool area ensures that you can swim or sunbathe in complete privacy. We have added lots of lush
tropical planting so just lay back on the deep cushioned pool furniture, close your eyes and imagine
that you are on a desert island listening to the breeze rustling through the palms.
The decking has been extended to ensure there is plenty of space for the deep cushioned sunbeds even
when the optional safety fencing is erected to keep your toddlers and young children safe.

Your well equipped games room has a 7ft POOL TABLE, FOOSBALL TABLE, AIR HOCKEY and ELECTRONIC DARTS.
Plenty to keep you entertained when you are not visiting Orlando's attractions. Challenge the family
to a tournament and the loser cooks the outdoor barbeque meal. If you don't feel like taking part
you can support from the sidelines whilst enjoying a cool beer at our comfortable bar stools.
SWEET DREAMS
Your superior rental villa has three large master bedrooms all with their own ensuite bathrooms.
WOW have you ever seen such a large bedroom? Your dreams will be sweet when sleeping in the
magnificent KING SIZE four poster bed. The large bed would be lost in this bedroom if we had not
added the two easy armchairs, armoire and dressing table. Imagine yourself in this splendid bedroom
where you can settle down to a cosy evening away from the bustle of family life and take in a movie
on the 27ins TV which also has a DVD and VCR. You have a large walkin shower, double vanity unit and
bath in the ensuite bathroom.. There is a extra large walkin wardrobe with a lockup wall safe and
also a digital safe.
The Opulent second king master bedroom has been tastefully decorated with a dark wood bedroom suite
and also boasts a 27ins TV with DVD player. The ensuite bathroom has a overhead shower, bath and
vanity unit.
The calming queen master bedroom is on the ground floor and if you enjoy a late night or early
morning swim this bedroom has direct access to the pool area via the ensuite bathroom. Imagine
slipping out of your private entrance to the pool whilst everyone else is asleep and lazing in the
spa with the Florida night sounds around you. Wouldn't that be the prelude to a good nights sleep?
Again we have equipped this bedroom with a 27ins TV and DVD.
The two twin bedrooms have been decorated with younger guests in mind. They both have a 20in TV,
walkin wardrobes and these two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. We also have a roll away
bed which will fit easily into either of these rooms.
Your beautiful home also has a downstairs powder room. There should be no arguments over who is
taking too much time in the bathroom in this home.

restful retreat which is the second lounge with stereo provided. Settle down and read a book whilst
listening to your favourite music.
The loft is our third lounge area and if you like gaming this is where you will be. Imagine playing
the latest playstation2 games on a 52ins TV. Surely this has to be a fantastic experience. Your
children will just love it. You also have a computer with wireless internet in this room so you can
email your friends and tell them what a fabulous time you are having in your dream vacation home.
COOK UP A STORM
The Kitchen of this luxury Florida villa is fully equipped to cater for up to twelve people. With a
microwave, oven, fridge freezer and cooking utensils you can always eat in if you don't fancy dining
out.
There is plenty of seating with two dining areas each seating 6 people and three bar stools at the
island in the centre of the kitchen. The sunny breakfast nook has patio doors opening onto the
pool area, which has seating for 10 people. Imagine getting up to breakfast in the Florida sunshine
or barbequeing that scumptious evening meal.
Your utility room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board,and iron. Imagine

right at the heart of all the Florida Magic.
Windwood Bay is on Highway 54 only 10 minutes drive from Disney World. The spectacular Reunion
Resort with its top class restaurants and shops, is just a 2 miles drive from this stunning Florida
Holiday villa. If you enjoy golf, the Greg Norman designed,Champions Gate Golf course is also only
1.5 miles drive away.
The junction onto the I4 Highway is within 2 miles drive of this exceptional Florida villa and
affords easy access to all the major attractions.
If you want a lazy day take a leisurely stroll to nearby Lake Madison. The children can work off
their excess energy on the Volley ball and tennis courts and if you fancy an outdoor family
meal there are barbeques for you to use.

DEPOSIT
The deposit to secure your booking is £100/$150 per week.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable security deposit of £200/$250 is charged and will be refunded when the management
company has checked the property and confirmed there has been no damage.
PAYMENT
We accept payment by cheque or if you prefer we can take payment by credit/debit card. There is a
3.5% handling charge for credit card payments.
