Vacation Rental Description

This executive business, family, and/or wedding retreat sits on a 
private point (7-mile marker) overlooking the main channel and the 
Gravois arm.  The remodeled home is two stories, three bedrooms, 
and two baths.  The main living area contains a living room with gas  
log fireplace and sofa sleeper (full size),dining room, kitchen with 
breakfast bar, large family room, two bedrooms (1 queen and 1 full), 
full size bath with large shower, and deck with iron railing and  
outdoor furniture.  The master suite resides on the lower level with  
a 
queen sleigh bed, twin sofa sleeper, full size bath with shower  
tub.  This home 
comfortably sleeps 6-9. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The 2,000 square foot vacation rental is available year around and 
features central heating/air, dish network TV, VCR, phone, ceiling 
fans, all bedding, dish towels, iron, and soaps.  The kitchen is  
fully 
furnished and includes a dishwasher, range, microwave, refrigerator, 
ice-maker.  Other features include weekly trash pick-up, open parking 
and laundry room facilities.  A covered boat slip is available at the 
nearby marina.  Guests are asked to provide their own beach towels, 
life jackets (required for children under 12),food, and personal  
items.

Activities and Attractions

This special property offers guests spectacular panoramic views of  
the 
lake, excellent fishing, swimming, water-sport access to the Lake,  
and 
an amazing view of the Ozark's morning sunrise

Vacation Rental Rates

Off-Season (Labor Day - April)................$180/night. 
In-Season (May - June)........................$334.80/night. 
Peak Season (July 0 Labor Day)................$360/night. 
15% discount for Weekday stays. 
Full Week Stays get one weekday free! 
Rates are based on a 6 person occupancy.  Additional guests charged 
$10 per night. 
Off site boat slip rental is $15.00 per day. 
Baby cribs are available for $10.00 per day. 
Cleaning fee - $110. 
Pet Friendly at $20 per day - 2 pet limit. 
2 Hour Early arrival/late departure fee - $75.
