Villa Palm Royale - SW Gulf Access in Cape Coral

Villa Palm Royale has an oversized pool (one that you can actually swim in) and spa with a southern exposure to provide sun all day, while the covered lanai with new furniture allows you to relax in the shade. There is a casual seating area for four and an outdoor dining table for six.


The pool is only steps from a lower patio and the oversized trex dock with a large slip to dock your boat. You can also fish from it or just enjoy watching the boats go by en route to the Gulf of Mexico. View spectacular sunrises and sunsets from the lanai or dock.


The newly remodeled kitchen features maple cabinets and black granite countertops – plenty of space to prepare meals. The all stainless appliances include a double oven. The kitchen opens to the dining area featuring a Tommy Bahama dining set with 3 extra leaves for entertaining. Disappearing sliding doors open the kitchen/dining area to the lanai and canal view. This area also opens up to the great room with all new furniture. The large Key West entertainment center houses a 46' HD flat screen TV, CD, DVD, and iPod dock. The TV can also be viewed from lanai and pool. Cable TV, hi-speed internet, and phones with free long distance in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico, are all there for your use. The great room also has disappearing sliding glass doors that totally open up the great room to the lanai and canal views, bringing the outdoors in. High ceilings soar through the great room, kitchen and dining areas.


The large, master bedroom has a king bed and sitting room that overlooks the canal with sliding doors opening to the lanai. A 32' flat screen HD TV sits on the media cabinet. There is a walk-in closet by California closets, a master bath with dual sinks, and a large dual shower. The second bedroom features a king bed, Key West style furniture, and a 32' HD flat screen TV. The third bedroom has two extra-long twin beds that can be converted to a King at your request. Each bedroom has very high-end, quality box springs, mattresses and bedding for your sleeping comfort. The all new guest bathroom is located adjacent to the two guest bedrooms and has a full shower and tub. 

Washer/dryer, many pool floaties, noodles, beach towels, beach bags, beach chairs, coolers, and two bikes are also provided for your use.  Of course, there is also a gas grill.

Having rented in Cape Coral before we purchased our vacation home, we are confident that even the most discriminating traveler will love our beautifully furnished home, located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood near Cape Harbour.  

We renovated our home inside and out, purchased all new high-end furniture indoors and out, and all new furnishings.  It was also recently professionally landscaped.

This Villa is located in the highly desirable area of SW Cape Coral, south of Cape Coral Parkway. Walk or bike to Cape Harbour, where you can enjoy shopping, the marina, and dockside dining at the most popular restaurants in the area: Rum Runners and the Joint. Tarpon Point is also only a few minutes away. A park with a large playground, tennis courts, and basketball court is also in the neighborhood. The city of Cape Coral is known as a boating community, as it actually has a larger amount of canals and waterways than the City of Venice in Italy. The Yacht Club beach and playground is five minutes away, and the beautiful beaches of Ft. Myers and Sanibel Island are about a 40 minute drive. The tropical barrier islands of Sanibel and Captiva are famous the world over for the fine shelling and Nature Reserve of Ding Darling. Also along the shoreline is Lover's Key State Park, rated in the Top 10 Beaches in the US on the Travel Channel. Golf courses also abound in the area, and in nearby Fort Myers and Naples, that have earned the reputation of having some of the most sought after public and private courses in the world.
