This house is the perfect getaway for relaxing winter retreat vacation or corporate stay. If you are arriving or departing Luke AFB and looking for a perfect TLF (Temporary Lodging Facility). We will accept current TLA allowance limits.This beautiful 3 bedroom with an office has everything you could possibly need available to you. Flat screen TV's thruout including in the Patio, enjoy a game or your favorite show outside by the sparkling pool. This is one story with a billiard room, one master room with walk in closet, king bed and 2 bedrooms with queen size beds. A full office with mac computer, printer and a futon couch bed. The livingroom overlooks the pool with a flat screen and Bose sterio, DVD player in living room and master and a WII player for entertainment.

Enjoy the pebble tech pool, spa and BBQ with a table for six outside. The pool has a gas heater and may be heated with an additional charge per day. Enjoy the full sun exposure from morning to night. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots and pans and more appliances than you would ever need. Basic cable, local phone Wireless Internet included.
Ford Explorer Truck (5 Passenger) available with your own insurance and additional fee.

This house is conveniently located close to Glendale and Goodyear. Only three minutes from Luke AFB. Near Cactus League Spring Training and White Tanks Trail. Only a 30 minute drive to Scottsdale and one and a half hours from Grand Canyon. A few minutes to Wigwam Resort. Also a short 10 min drive to Cardinal Staduim.

Arizona lodging tax applicable to all rentals. Minimum stay required is 5 nights. Exceptions are possible for small groups.
One time cleaning fee of 250 dollars applicable to all rentals
$500 refundable damage deposit required with all rentals
Pool heating Extra $25 per day, jacuzzi heating is included in the rental rate
50 percent of the rental money will secure the reservation; remaining of the balance is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
