Enjoy the unique ambiance of Latitude Adjustment Cottage and adjust not only your location but your outlook! :) This large, charming home sleeps 12, and if rented in combination with our other home across the street (number 49156), you can enjoy a family reunion for up to 23! Located on the much more natural and not commercialzed end of Tybee, you will find lovely beach bordered by sand dunes and sea oats as well as panoramic view of the shipping traffic, shrimpboats, dolphin playing off the beach, etc.

Sleeping for 12 includes a queen master bedroom/bath with private balcony to share some quiet time. There is also a double futon in the master for small children to feel safe with Mom and Dad in a strange place if you like. The master has a wall t.v. and dvd player. A "kids" room on the upper floor (but adults use it often) has a set of bunks, a single sofa sleeper and a trundle under the lower bunk as well!  (wall t.v. and dvd. A  twin bedroom and another queen bedroom help make comfy sleeping for the whole group!

Video library, cable, DVD's, full kitchen (with dishwasher, fridge, microwave and ice maker), several decks including a back deck for sunning and a 3rd floor deck with partial view of ocean, private master suite balcony, barbeque grill, wireless broadband, telephone.

Minimum age limit for responsible rental party...25.

NOTE: high season rates apply to all off season major events and holidays. 3 night minimum for all stays.

Weeks only Sunday to Sunday in June and July.

3/15-9/30...$1900 per week, $320 per night.  10/1-3/14...$1400 per week, $230 per night.

13% state and local taxes and $175 cleaning and laundry company charge added to all stays.

Pets allowed on approval...$75 pet fee. $150 REFUNDABLE damage deposit.
