Kitchen includes coffeemaker, toaster, hand mixer, dishes and utensils, blender, pots, pans, bowls, and miscellaneous kitchen gadgets. Both bedrooms have queen beds, full linens (even throw blankets for snuggling), good dresser space, bath has new sink, mirrors, lighting, and fixtures. Condo has A/C, DVD player, 50" flat screen TV, internet service, cable, and all utilities are included. The unit can sleep up to 4 people, 2 in each bedroom (no sofa sleeper). single floor construction means no noise above and no stairs! Quiet and small community in amazing neighborhood location just blocks from Old Towne and across the street from grocery stores, Coffee Bean, banking, etc.

Very close to Old Town Scottsdale, fast access to freeways, downtown and central Phoenix, Fashion Square mall, nightlife, movie theaters, hospitals, fine and casual dining, performing arts, library, green belt, parks, and bike trails. Nearby golf, Spring Training Facilities, all stadiums, hiking, grocery stores, and every upscale amenity the Valley of the Sun can offer. Prime location for winter visitors!

Note weekly and nightly rates are only available for guests who are staying a minimum of 2 weeks. No availability for any stays under 2 weeks!
December rate is $1500 or $65/day, and January through April rates are $2150 or $75/day. Low season (May through September) rate is $995/mo plus utilities. High season includes utilities, cable TV and hi-speed internet. .Thank you.
