sumter Landing,pet friendly in The Villages

June 16-30th 525.00 per week available and december 2013 2,500 /mo. or 600.00 per week available.Taking reservations for 2014 ,jan,feb,march,apri,rented ,mayl and on available. Newly re-done  two bedroom ,2 bath court yard villa located next door to Sumter Landing in the village of Virginia Trace  ,one of the most desirable locations in The Villages ..This villa features a new  expanded screened porch ,1&1/2 car garage ,full main bathroom and shower bathroom in master bedroom full cotton oasis bath robes ,washer dryer ,gas stove ,several small apliances ,( toaster ,blender, crockpot, juicer,toaster oven ,elctric mixer ,coffee maker ,etc. ) ,52" plazma t.v. in the living room and a 40" flatscreen in the master bedroom ,comcast cable ,internet ,telephone  with free long distance , propane gas barbaque grill , ,wifi ,all new furnishings .We are pet friendly but there are no cats allowed due to alergies some people have to them .Smoking is permitted in the screened room area only and never inside the unit ,patio doors must be closed while smoking outside .

ID cards for two people only are available for an additional 50.00 . .and allows you to enjoy the courses and other amenities .If you do not golf ,the free I.D. cards ,(provided ) will get you into the recreation centers where you will find plenty of activities to keep you busy .. .  

The Village of Virginia Trace is located next door to Sumter Landing and it is about a 10 minute walk to get to downtown .The pool is a 5 minute walk away from the unit .When we stay there we walk to Starbucks to get coffee around 6:30 a.m. and sit on the dock at the lake to watch the sunrise .

The food and drinks in The Villages are very resonabley priced  and dining out seems to be everyones prefference as it is a very socialable place . .

there is a Sweetbays ,( grocery store ) around a 15 minute walk from the unit that has everything you would need if you prefer to stock up and eat at home as the kitchen is fully equipped with pots ,pans ,complete dining sets for inside and outside patioware .There are plenty of fine quality bath ,pool and beach towels.There is an ironing board ,iron and hairdryer and the bathrooms have magnified mirrors for the ladies . . .

10 miute walk to Sumter landing and all the villages has to offer .The Villages offer way to many activities to list ,If you stay here and get borred ,it would be your own fault ,it is an active retirement lifestyle community and everyone is always out and about taking advantage of all the amenities .

Rates are based on two occupants ,an additional 100.00 per week or month will be charged for each additional occupant depending on length of stay.

Security deposit of 700.00 is required and will be returned within 14 days of departure after inspection of the unit ,this applies to weekly and monthly stays .

There is a 50 % down payment due at the time the lease is signed and all rental payments are due 45 days before occupancy ,no children please .

There is a 100.00 cleaning fee to be deducted from your security deposit .

The rates are as follows ;

3,300 /mnth jan feb march ,no weekly rentals during these months

2500 /mnth april may or 625 per week

1,900 /mnth  jun jul aug sept ,or 525 per week

2,000 /mnth oct o r625 per week

2,100 /mnth nov or 625 per week

2,700 /mnth dec or 625  per week rates are negotiable at times .
