Close to beach! Rent this summer, Fall or starting 3/15 in Nokomis

Our newly remodeled/decorated beach cottage is on an acre of land that is less than a mile walk to the beach.  Our house is there for you to relax and unwind. Our yard has many tropical trees and several fruit trees for you to enjoy fresh orange juice or grapefruits.

The Front House is a 2/3 bedroom (1 w/Queen w/ TV 1 w/a set of twin beds and 1 separated bedroom from house by 10 feet  w/ a set of bunks and a single twin - this room has no heat or A/C) with 2 full baths.  The Living room has a pull out couch, cable TV and DVD player.  It has a dining area and kitchen that has a dishwasher, Microwave, coffee maker and anything else you need to cook.  The very large screen patio has a sitting area with cable tv and a dining area overlooking the newly installed outdoor patio.  The outdoor shower is sure to please and the wash room off the kitchen has a washer and dryer.  The house comes with quality linens and all your beach needs. (this house is booked for January through March and a week in April)

We also have a Back House.  This is a 2 bedroom (King in 1 and 2 double beds in 2nd), 1 bath, living room with pull out couch, cable tv/stereo that opens to dining area and kitchen.  There are sliders that go out to a screened porch that overlooks a private back yard.  There is a washer/dryer, outdoor shower, a/c, and plenty of room to relax!  This house is booked Dec 15-March 15th.

This house is made for relaxation.  All bedding and furniture is comfortable with several areas to relax in depending on the weather and time of day.  The house has a huge screened in patio which acts as a 2nd living room and dining area.  There is a TV outside with cable.  Off this screened in area there is a large enclosed indoor shower and a patio with lounge chairs and plenty of seating.  Gas grill included.  Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, toys and boogie boards are available for your use.  Some beach bikes are are available as well.

Less than a mile to Nokomis beach, located on Casey Key, is a rare find; beautiful and quiet, yet has showers and bath house close to beach. This beach is great for walking, shelling on the 9 mile long white sand beach or enjoying the 'bongos every Wednesday and Saturday evening at sunset. There are 2 waterfront seafood dining and drinks near the quaint draw bridge that overlooks the Intercoastal. Convenient to groceries, pharmacy, shops, and post office.

The quant town of Venice on Venice Island is just 4 miles (5 minutes) south of us, with lots of restaurants and shopping. Siesta Key, in Sarasota, is a 20 minute drive and we are just a hour drive from Tampa airport. Want to take a day trip to Disney World in Orlando? It is just a 2 hour drive.
