You can leave Reserve, a distinctive home in the signature community Lakota, and be in line at the chair lift in 10 minutes. Located only 67 miles from Denver, Colorado, Reserve is the ideal location to enjoy downhill skiing, snow boarding, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, sledding and tubing.  Located at an elevation near 8,500 feet, the average temperature during the summer months is 75 degrees, perfect for hiking, mountain biking, rafting, fishing, golf, tennis, boating, hot air ballooning, and so much more.

This luxury home with over 4500 square feet offers many unique amenities and has stunning views of the Rocky Mountains.   Reserve features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances,  2 gas fireplaces, radiant (heated) floors throughout the cabin, wireless high speed internet, a private hot tub with mountain views, 2 decks, 2 patios, and a game room with a pool table and wet bar.

The dining table has seating for six and and there is additional seating at the island.  The main floor living room has a 42' HD Plasma TV with a home theater sound system.  The lower level family room has a 42' HD Flat Panel LCD TV.  Upstairs, there is a loft room perfect for reading and games.

Four of the six bedrooms are king master suites with private baths and tiled, walk-in showers. The queen master suite also has its own bath and shower. In the sixth bedroom, there are six over-sized built-in bunk beds each with a wall mounted reading light. The bath for this room has large double sinks and a walk-in tiled shower. This home is high end, but very kid friendly. 

During the ski season, Lakota offers guests a complimentary ski shuttle to and from the Winter Park Ski base from Thursday – Sunday. Winter Park also offers a free shuttle from several free parking areas just outside Lakota. Guests can drive one block to the parking area and hop on a shuttle that runs a continuous circuit to the base. If you are in Winter Park on Christmas or New Year‘s Eve, be sure to watch the night time ski show down the front ski slopes!
