Home is clean, bright and fully furnished.  It features an Arizona room, 2 Bedrooms, 2  baths, a 2 car garage, 2 Ramada covered patios with outdoor furniture, and a Weber gas grill. 

Master bedroom has a walk-in closet, a Queen bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The Guest bedroom has a walk-in closet, a Queen Murphy bed and the bathroom has a tub/shower combination. All linens are furnished.

Galley style kitchen has updated appliances, and is furnished with cookware and dishes, etc. Newer full-sized washer and dryer.

Home is located on a quiet street in Desert Hills II and has great mountain views.  It features an open floor plan for living room, dining room and Arizona room.

Expanded channel satellite TV and WI FI Internet included. A Green Valley Receational Pass is available for a modest fee. 

Green Valley requires that one tenant must be 55 years of age.

No Pets.      

A refundable damage deposit of $300.00 is due at occupancy. This damage deposit will only be used to repair or replace tenant caused damage. The unused amounts will be returned to the tenant within two weeks of leaving the premises. 

A non-refundable cleaning fee of $150.00 is due at occupancy.

A  1/2 month security deposit is required and will be applied to first month's rent.

Many golf courses in Green Valley and the Green Valley Recreation Centers offer swimming pools, fitness centers, tennis courts ,classes for varied interests and entertaining concerts..Home within walking distance of the sauna & pool at Desert Hills II Recreatiional Center.

Madera Canyon has bird watching and hiking, Tubac has unique shopping and Tucson is just 30 minutes away.

OR  you just might want to relax in a comfortable chair on one of the private patios to enoy the bird activity, a good book or the company of friends.
