This charming cottage is located just one block off of one of Santa Barbara’s most popular beaches, West Beach. It is located on a quite street just walking distance from Downtown State Street, the Harbor, and the Pier with many wonderful restaurants and activities to choose from.
The cottage was newly decorated in 2010 and loaded with charm. The interior is decorated in a blue and red beach motif and the kitchen is fully equipped. With one queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa-sleeper in the living room, the cottage can sleep 2-4 people. The living room has a flat screen TV with DVD player and the home is set up with internet WI-FI for your convenience.
This classic beach cottage is the front unit of a triplex. A picket fence encloses a grassy front yard and a secluded side patio with a BBQ, making it perfect for outdoor dining. A public pool, tennis courts, baseball field and public park are just a block away as well as rentals for many activities: bikes, kayaks, sailboats, and jet skis, just to name a few.
