Vacation Rental Description

This beautifully furnished condo is located inside the fabulous gated community of Harbour Village 
Golf and Yacht Club. This spacious two bedroom/two bath is almost 1500 square feet with peaceful 
ocean and intracoastal views from the fifth floor balcony. The condo is inside "The Links" building 
located between the beach and the 104-acre conservation area on the Halifax River. This fairway 
condo is surrounded by a picturesque nine hole par three golf course.

If you want a luxury vacation in a quaint beachside community with fishing, golf, tennis, bicycle 
paths, nature trails and 142-slip marina, then this is the place for you. The brand new private 
beach club opened April 2007. It is directly on the beach and includes a pool, hot tub, gas grill, 
club house with dry and wet sauna, bathrooms with showers, exercise room and the main club room has 
two plasma TVs and and a full kitchen.

This condo is comfortably furnished with a beautiful decor. The master bedroom has a queen bed with 
sitting area and view of the ocean, TV with DVD, french door to balcony and large walk in closet. 
The guest bedroom has two queens and a TV. There is a den with a full-size futon and internet 
connection. The condo has a washer, dryer and sink in laundry room. The TV in living area has HBO.
