downtown. It is located 100 yards from the water on the harbor. The
unit features a private roof deck with amazing panoramic views of
the harbor and Fort Adams. Eastons beach is 1 mile form the condo
and all of the major marinas are just a short walk from the condo.
There are at least 25 restaurants and 50-75 shops within a 10 minute
walk of the condo. No details were spared on the remodelling of this
unit. It features brazillian cherry hardwood floors throughout. A
slate tile bathroom and shower with rainshower showerhead. Water
views from both the living room and kitchen windows. The unit also
has a state of the art video and sound system. Each room has

deck. Beautiful teak furniture and seating for 4 is up on the deck
