A dining canopy overlooking beach, tables and chairs are provided
for your vacation pleasure. You can also swing and relax in the
hammock that is provided.  

Upon entering this remodeled home, you encounter panoramic views of
the beach and the gulf from the kitchen, dining area, living room,
and master bedroom. It has a "dream" kitchen with center island and
modern appliances plus a built in desk with phone jack for your
computer (if you can't leave home without it)! Wireless high speed
internet provided.  

TV Sitting and Game Room: Very comfortable lounge chair for the
captain. Sleeper sofa (queen bed). Large TV, VCR, DVD, Stereo
radio with CD player. Game table and bookshelves with cards, games,
and puzzles provided. Opens to kitchen and Florida room with views
of the Gulf.

* Sleeps 6 - King bed in master, two twins in BR# 2, and queen
sleeper sofa in living room.

* Kitchen has all new appliances, microwave, stove, coffee maker,
blender, cookware, silverware, etc., etc., etc.

Aquarium (20 min.), Bush Gardens (1 hr.), Disney World (1 1/2 hrs.)
You can rent boats, jet skis, kayaks, motor scooters, bicycles, etc.
on the island. Parasailing and golfing is also available.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ! 

All rentals subject to 11.5 % sales and resort taxes, and a $100.00 cleaning fee. A deposit of $500.00 for one or two week stays, or $1000 for three weeks or more stays, is required to hold reservation.  Full amount of rent tax, and cleaning fee is due 30 days prior to occupancy.  Arrival time is Saturday at 3:00 PM or later.  Departure time is Saturday at 10:00 AM or earlier.  Deposits are refundable if cancelled 90 days prior to occupancy or if property is re-rented for the same rental period.
