Ocean Village Club R-15 in St Augustine

This 1140 square foot condoninium is located of the first floor of
the beatiful Ocean Village Club condominium complex. The attractively
appointed unit has a Master bedroom with a king sized bed, TV, walk
in shower with handicap grab rails, and a portable shower seat. It
also has a handicaped height commode. The second bedroom has twin
beds, a small TV with VCR player, and full bathroom with tub. The
spacious living and dining rooms are lovely with seating for six at
the dining room table.
The living room has a new flat screen TV, VCR/DVD player, with DVDs and VCR tapes for the
family,games, and many books for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully
equipped with dishes, flatware, pots, pans, and small appliances like a new
microvave, coffee maker, blender, stove and refrigator with ice dispenser. Towels and sheets are furnished. This unit is also equipped with a washer and
dryer so no need to take laundry out.

This gated community has two swimming pools. One pool is heated.
There are shuffleboard courts and tennis courts. The biggest
attraction is the beach. With your key, you have access to the
beautiful Atlantic coast beach. Sunrise is a very special time. By
purchasing a pass, you can even drive a car on the beach.
Please note that this condo is handicap accessible. The owner is in a
wheelchair and has made sure that the condo is wheelchair friendly.  Free WI FI is available at the clubhouse.

Beautiful St. Augustine with its shopping, restaurants, and historical
attractions is a great place to spend many hours. If you are so
inclined, there is world class golf and tennis available in the area with a discount for golf at St. Augustine Shores.
Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, or the Space
Center are a day trip from St. Augustine. Many other local attractions are available.
