Enjoy a lazy afternoon on the 3,000 square foot wrap around deck. 
The house is situated on a builder’s acre and is located on the 
Waccamaw chain of Lakes. The house is 3 blocks to Litchfield Beach 
and minutes to the highest rated Golf courses in the United States 
(Caledonia, True Blue and The Tradition).

After a long day at the beach, jump into the community pool or outside shower to cool 
off. Enjoy dinner on the screened porch overlooking the coastal lagoon or jump 
into the Frontgate hammock and let the ocean breeze rock you to 
sleep. If you prefer the couch then Made for Memories has you 
covered. A micro suede L-Shape couch overlooks a 42” plasma screen 
TV and fireplace.

Made for Memories is part of Waccama Lakes community at North 
Litchfield Beach and has its own private beach access with Golf Cart 
trails to the Beach. All local shopping is within minutes of the
