swimming ladder on water front. Just six miles from Key West. House 

is furnished with 2 color TVs.and 2 stereo CD players. Central air 

conditioning. Parking for 3 cars, plus boat trailer. Fully-equipped 

kitchen, lounge chairs, barbecue, fish cleaning station.
