Monthly and long term rates available
A deposit of 50% confirms your rate and reservation.  The balance is 
due 30 days prior to arrival. 

Rates are for 1 - 4 persons*, Maximum occupancy 4
 
4 night minimum booking

7 night minimum all Holidays and high season

Rates include weekly maid service.  Additional cleanings can be arranged.

Long term rates are available upon request
