ACCOMMODATION:


FORMAL LIVING ROOM:  features a cathedral ceiling fitted
with a ceiling fan in addition to full air-conditioning for your
comfort. Imagine sitting back in those luxurious sofas admiring the
pool, sunbathing deck and conservation wood beyond. And dont forget
the digital cable TV, DVD player, video and sound system! 

FAMILY ROOM:  is open plan with the fully equipped eat-in Kitchen
which has all modern appliances, including microwave, ice-making
fridge, coffee filter, blender, telephone and good quality crockery
and cutlery for twelve place settings, plus, of course, an English
teapot! There is a breakfast table seating 4.

SUN DRENCHED SOUTH FACING 30x15 POOL:  has a wonderful
conservation view plus tall Hibiscus hedge to the side for added
privacy to the extended sunbathing deck. The pool ranges from 3feet to
5feet deep, and has been enhanced with underwater lighting and tropical
planters. The spacious sunbathing deck is furnished with sun
loungers, padded chairs in typical Floridian colours, side tables and
patio/dining table and BBQ for alfresco dining. 

COVERED LANAI:  offers shade during the afternoon and has outside
lighting for evening use.

It is quite safe for the children to kick a ball about or play
tennis/cricket etc outside the screened area in the garden, which is
laid to lawn.

GROUND FLOOR MASTER:  benefits from a spacious en-suite with
huge walk-in shower cubicle. This is furnished with a US Queen size
bed, cable TV, ceiling fan, telephone, and alarm-clock radio. Sliding
glass doors offer access as well as a perfect view of the pool, deck
and conservation area beyond. 

FIRST FLOOR MASTER:  is located to the rear of the villa and very
conveniently adjacent to the family bathroom on the first floor.
Tastefully furnished with a US queen size bed, ceiling fan and alarm-
clock radio and has another lovely view overlooking the pool and
conservation area.

TWIN BEDROOMS:  each with 2 twin/singles beds, dual controlled Playstation & games, TV/DVD and are situated side-by-side at the front of the villa.  Both twin rooms have ample closet space and storage chests.

FAMILY BATHROOM with full size bath, shower, vanity sink and WC is
located on the first floor.

HALF BATHROOM:  on the ground floor comprising vanity sink and wc.


LOCATION

Located near Osceola Parkway, which is a nice, reasonably empty toll
road that runs parallel to Highway 192, you couldn't wish for a more
straight forward route to Disney which is just 10 miles.

Highway 192 is also only a short drive and offers lots of shopping,
sight seeing, fun and adventure and don't forget Old Town - especially
on Saturday night.

Florida Mall is only 20 minutes away where you can shop 'til you
drop.

And not to be missed - THE LOOP on Osceola Parkway.
Where you will find some great stores including JC Penney,
Kolh's, Ross, Bed Bath & Beyond and Old Navy, in addition
to the Regal Cinema, and plenty of places to eat. We can
recommend Mimi's Cafe; Macaroni Grill, Shane's Rib Shack
and for a quick bite Wendy's. Oh and don't forget to visit
Ben & Jerry's for some yummy ice cream!
