The house is three easily walkable blocks from downtown Palm Springs yet in a very, private, quiet, and exclusive neighborhood. You won't find any riff-raff here!

The home features 4 large bedrooms, a large living room, dining room and kitchen laid out in a rounded L shape, wrapping around a luxurious pool and sumptuous Jacuzzi-spa. The back yard itself is 1/4 acre enclosed with a 6' privacy wall. There is also a citrus grove behind the pool offering fresh oranges, grapefruits, tangerines and lemons throughout the season. All the amenities (linens, cookware, etc) needed for that perfect vacation getaway are provided. All you need to bring is your suntan lotion (we can provide that too)!

more. The area shopping is world-class: head East to the El Paseo
shopping district in Palm Desert, with retail offerings from Gucci,
Coach, Prada, Armani, Versace, etc. or head West to the Cabazon
factory outlet mall that feature those very same top-of-the-line
designers at true outlet store prices! Also enjoy nearby Joshua Tree
National Monument (an extraordinary national park set in the
desert).

Theme parks within a two-hour drive include Disneyland (Anaheim) and
Sea World (San Diego).
