Come and relax at the magnificent Ocean Village resort! This is a private gated community in South Hutchinson Island, Fort Pierce. Including, 24-hour man-gated community, 3,000 feet of ocean beachfront, tennis courts, club houses, nine-hole golf courses, exercise room, jacuzzi, basketball court, shuffle board, bocce ball courts, main pool with tiki bar and restaurant, water aerobics and various pools to choose from!

This Villa is one story and 1,200 sq. ft. With private parking or (if-preffered) park inside the garage. This unit is fully furnished; including a full kitchen, washer and dryer, small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc.), a 50-inch HD LED TV with satellite dish and HD local channels, high speed internet, CD/DVD player, and a surround sound speaker system.
Floors are tiled in all rooms(Kitchen, living, dining, and laundry), including the outdoor screen-enclosured patio.
Master bedroom has a queen sized bed with new linens, a walk-in closet and private bathroom.
Guest bedroom has a twin sized bed with trundle, a walk-in closet and bathroom.

*Reduced rates are available if renting for more than one month.
Reservation/Security deposit of $500 for monthly rental is required.
Cleaning Fee: $100.00
Full payment must be received 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations/Refunds: Please be advised that any cancellation within 30 days of a scheduled arrival date will forfeit the reservation/security deposit.
Pets and smoking are not permitted.
