Unit is fully furnished and comes with WIFI, black box cable, stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes, cutlery, linens, towels, alarm clocks, assigned parking, beach towels, blow dryer, iron and ironing board.
Master bedroom has a king size bed, large walk in closet with light and bathroom ensuite. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds with closet and large dresser. Living room couch folds out to a queen size bed.
Laundry facilities are just outside your main entrance door, down the hallway.

$2,500 - per month May to September
All rentals are subject to a security deposit of $500
Cleaning fee of $85
Fifty percent (50%) due at time of booking
