Location: Sienna, Scottsdale, Greater Phoenix Area, Arizona, USA (20 minutes to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, 5 mins to Shopping, 5 mins to Salt River Fields Baseball Stadium, 10 mins to Old Town Scottsdale)
Accommodations: Condo, 1 Bedroom + Convertible Bed, 1 Bath (Sleeps 2-4)
This spacious, second floor condo features one bedroom with a walk-in closet, bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining area and outdoor patio. The master bedroom has a king bed with new mattress and duvet, walk-in closet and a sliding glass door to the outdoor patio. The sizeable bathroom has a tub/shower enclosure, toilet and vanity area, with plenty of towels provided. The condo has a full-size washer and dryer, located in the hallway. The living room has a fireplace, La-Z-Boy queen sofa sleeper, 42” LCD TV and DVD player. Guests can also access the outdoor patio through the door in the living room. There are two comfortable patio chars and a bistro table to enjoy beverages and snacks. The dining area has a lovely dining table with 4 chairs. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher and stovetop oven. There are ceiling fans in both the living room and master bedroom and central air conditioning. A covered parking stall is located near the unit with visitor parking spaces in the complex as well.
The complex features a lighted tennis court and also has 2 pool areas with hot tubs, and covered dining areas. There are charcoal BBQs located in several areas around the complex. The clubhouse features various fitness equipment and is open 24 hours.
There are two golf courses located near the complex: Silverado Golf Course is located next to the complex and McCormick Ranch Golf Club is across the street. Access to the Indian Bend Wash Greenbelt is within walking distance from the complex. Visitors can enjoy the multitude of parks, lakes, paths and golf courses along the Greenbelt surrounded by beautiful green scenery.
The Scottsdale Seville Shopping Plaza is a 5-minute walk from the complex. Here, guests can find great restaurants (Starbucks, Wildflower and Ruth Chris Steakhouse to name a few), boutique shopping and various exercise and beauty services (Dailey Method, Massage Envy, 20 Lounge). For families, the McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park located across the street from Seville features a shaded playground, carousel, rides on the choo choo train and a railroad museum.
This condo is ideal if you are a baseball fan. Salt River Baseball Fields, the new spring training facility for the Arizona Diamondback and Colorado Rockies is a short 5-minute ride from the complex. Additionally, the condo is in close proximity to the Scottsdale Stadium, spring training home of the San Francisco Giants.
Scottsdale features many shopping malls and boutiques and many are located within a 10 minute drive of the condo. Close shopping areas include Fashion Square Mall, Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, Gainey Village and the Borgata. There are endless restaurants, grocery stores and services offered near the complex. Many 5-star luxury resorts are within minutes of the condo including the Montelucia, Camelback Inn, Sanctuary, Westin Kierland and the Hyatt Gainey Ranch.
Those with a passion for the outdoors can access 3 lakes within an hour drive of Scottsdale. The surrounding Phoenix area is home to Camelback Mountain, while the McDowell Mountains are within the Scottsdale boundary. Both mountains offer a variety of different trails for hiking and mountain biking.
