Uncomparable views of a large cove and the Piscataqua River are at every window and location on the property. This property features the "Piscataqua Cafe", the only "over the water" house in Seacoast New Hampshire.Built  in 1898 on pilings over the water, the Cafe is a historic landmark of Coastal New Hampshire.Six bedrooms (two master suites in attached House) and (four bedrooms in Piscataqua Cafe) allow for separation of guests or family for a memorable vacation. Water views from every window in the house which is a restored 1740's cape, and you are directly over and on the Water in the Cafe. A recent restoration of the over-water decks and Pier lead you to a deep water float that can accommodate a 22-26 foot boat. A deeper water mooring is available on request for larger yachts. This six bedroom family compound  is avaialble  June, July and August 2013.The 1740 two bedroom house is available separetly September to June then it is combined with Cafe for a family compound in June, July and August.
