Newly decorated 2 bdrm villa centrally located between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing in The Villages. The Villa is surrounded by a wall for privacy in the backyard which sports a huge swing that lays into a bed if you wish, 2 recliners, table and chairs in 2 locations. Inside you will find an open floor plan with a galley kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with king size bed and the other a queen. Both bedrooms have TV's w/DVR The villa is loaded with all the comforts of home and if you feel like going out Tierra Del Sol Country Club is located at the end of your street where you will find a restaurant, pool,golfing, bocce ball , tennis, and all of the other fun things there are to do in The Villages.
