Vacation Rental Description

Come experience the coziness of an A-frame. This little gem is just 
a 3 minute walk to a non-motor boat lake where you can enjoy 
fishing, swimming or relaxing on the beach. The house is located on 
a 1/2 acre wooded lot, with no immediate neighbors on 3 sides. You 
can truly enjoy the peace and tranquility that Sherwood Forest has 
to offer.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This house has been recently remodeled with granite countertops and 
stainless steel applianced kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked 
with coffeepot, pots & pans, dishes and pretty much anything you 
would need during your stay.

There is a full bath, with towels provided. The bedroom contains a 
queen size bed. There is a loft which has a queen size bed and a 
twin bed. The living room has a queen size sofa bed. All fresh 
linens provided.

On the back deck you will find a BBQ grill for your cooking 
enjoyment.

Their is a DVD, VCR and CD player with many movies and music to 
choose from.

Since we are located in the heart of the Berkshires, you will be

Vacation Rental Rates

$500 per Week (Saturday-Saturday)
Daily rate: $100 per night, two night minimum
$150 damage deposit
Check-in 3:00 pm
