Built in 1884 and located at the Gulf end of Old Town, this large,
historic building houses Re/Max Southernmost downstairs and the
Seaport Suite upstairs. Exquisitely appointed, this expansive suite
features original Dade County pine walls and wooden floors. The
spacious living room has two queen sleeper-sofas, a 36” TV, VCR,
stereo with CD player, phone with answering machine, and an antique
wood airplane propeller.
There are three bedrooms with king beds, one with an antique iron
double bed and two full baths. The small but fully equipped kitchen
has a breakfast bar. A wide hallway links all the rooms and
accommodates the dining table. French doors open from the living
room onto the deep, covered front balcony. Your private deck with
hot tub and gas grill are downstairs.
