Come enjoy our vacation home decorated in a shell motif. Relax by the pool on the screened in lanai complete with an optional safety gate. Sliders in the dining room allow full access to lanai and pool. You will find the pool bath conveniently located off the patio and there is a pass thru window from the kitchen. A split bedroom floor plan allows for privacy. Master bedroom has king sized bed and large walkin closet. 2 guest bedrooms each have queen sized bed. Queen sized sleeper sofa is located in livingroom. There is a 2 car garage with automatic garage door opener.

Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen complete with side-by-side refridgerator, ice maker, dishwasher,microwave, coffee maker and blender for those tropical drinks. Home is equipped with washer, dryer, and gas grill. Livingroom has a 32 inch flat screen television and two bedrooms equipped with cable TV. House is air conditioned and all rooms have a ceiling fan. An adult bicycle and a child's bicycle along with beach chairs are provide for your enjoyment. Some linens provided. Will consider a small pet. No smoking allowed inside house.

We are only a couple of miles away from Sunsplash water park. Cape Coral is home to Minnesota Twins and Red Sox baseball training camps. Close proximity to Captiva Island and Ft. Meyers Beach. Great shopping including Miromar Outlets.
