Hablamos Espanol. When you get to our place and see the color of the water you will be amazed by the blue turquoise color and the white sandy beach, this is truly a Paradise...!.

This family villa is located in the heart of Cancun's Hotel Zone in Kilometer 11.5, with very nice furniture, full equipped kitchen, laundry room, 3 bedrooms, 3 bath, living, family  and dinning rooms, it has a balcony with a beach view with 2,368 sq ft (220 sq meters), can sleep up to 8 persons.

We have 3 other units available and will be able to accommodate you and your family depending in your group size and budget and also have a private driver that will pick you up at the airport and will bring you back and for an additional charge will take you to downtown Walmart for your food shopping.

We are a family place, no spring or summer breakers.

The Villa is located in a small complex with only 12 individually owned units, our place is nice an quiet and if you are looking for a relaxing vacation on a great location with a Villa with lots of space them our home is the one you are looking for, our complex is called  Brisas del Caribe and families and children are welcome. 

We have beach chairs and umbrellas and restaurant service by the beach, all our guests will get a 10% discount.

We accept credit card and echecks (with Paypal), or bank transfer.

We can help you choose your tours at a discounted rate.

Activities all around include: Golf, Water Sports, Movies, Restaurants, Nightlife, Tours to Chichen Itza, Isla Mujeres, Cozumel and many more.

We have a pharmacy and a mini-market across the street where you can buy snacks, milk and other essentials and a bank where you can exchange your money.

Beautiful beach a few steps away, many restaurants and shopping malls within walking distance, the party zone is only 1.2 miles away, the bus stops around the corner and a rental car is not needed and you can take the ferry to Isla Mujeres (a fabulous little island 20 minutes boat ride from Cancun)

There is so much to do in the Yucatan Peninsula that there is not enough space for me to describe all the attractions, we have the Mayan ruins of Chichen Itza and Tulum within a couple of hours drive, many ecological parks (ask me for details), wonderful restaurants and oh yes, we even have Steak, Thai and Indian restaurants in the Hotel Zone.
